The above quote is in the context of Mindfulness.
The proposition is- What is modern man and woman coming to, in this fast track, multitasking world? Where are you leading yourself to? You could be going further and further but alas! to nowhere?
Buck up and be Mindfulness of yourself and bring changes to your life.

How? When? Where? Well, First let’s get down to
understanding the concept of :
What is mindfulness?

Mindfulness relates to 3 facets: Firstly, to be aware of what happens at the moment and acceptit-Connect to yourself. Secondly, when involved in a pleasant moment however avoid being attached to that moment, lest you find it hard to sustain yourself when the moment changes. Finally, when disturbed by unpleasant moments, refrain from holding on to those emotions, as situations arise and fade.Times changes.

Allow me to feed you into the various facets of Mindfulness, and the right approach to Mindfulness.

Your ONLY reality is the Present which is right here, right now –‘THIS MOMENT” –It is only when you can sense the happening that you are able to distinguish between the negative and positive impact on you. You can detect anegative thought and this thought will eventually cause harm to yourself. Once you experience this, be mindful of it and believe in it. Hence in future evade such negativities. Remember that anger is a strong feeling of negativity, when you pay attention to this you will not be punished for your anger but you will be punished BY your anger. You will be inflicting yourself, which has no external cure. But the cure of oneself is only by oneself.

Inner peace is significant when you belong to oneself, without external validation/approval. The silence in the room is not enough for you to be mindful of the situation, it is also the absences of people around that helps abundantly. Once you are in this silent arena and by yourself, it is beneficial as there is immense power within you, which you can relate to and reel-out in your day’s activities. You alone are enough to make your own world wonderful and bliss.

Now taking a U turn , however, well you may be surrounded by your near and dear ones, you still have to walk your life’s path alone and it is absolutely reasonable to be alone. For instance, if you are injured, the support, care and attention you receive from near and dear ones is a consolation and soothing, nevertheless, the pain you incur is for you alone to bear, they cannot take the pain on your behalf. Right? They can only express their feeling of sadness to comfort you  And that is the best they can do and it is the apex of their gesture. At the end of the day you should be mindful of the fact You alone are the one who has to bear the pain singlehandedly till it fades.

People who give in to their unacceptable nature, will find it difficult to see the bright side of life, Especially when you strongly believe in something, yetdo not live by it, that is sheer dishonesty. By being mindful, also means that you believe, and to believe you trust and to trust you dare to implement which you do not fear.

On another wave line, to achieve something in life, you need to bear the cost of it,in terms of time, energy, or finance spent on it and a great amount of mind work. Only by doing so, you ignite the feeling of joy and fulfillment in you which will be a thrilling experience. Most of the times taking things for granted, is a week approach to life. Hence be mindful to be independent and strong. Evade overcommitment to a situation.  Allow yourself moments of recess and peace. When you try to control too much, you enjoy too little.

Everything is created twice, once in your mind and then in your life.On the contrary, the right path and the easy oath are rarely the same path .Ultimately,you are alone on your life’s path.

Let us be mindful of the fact that we all are given one Life to live. How we live it is our responsibility. How we nurture it is our choice. How we make use of it is not only a responsibility or a choice but we need to be Mindful of every minute of the situation that we encounter.

When you start thinking and saying to yourself.

“There is something missing in my life” or “ I am missing something in my life”

This is a clear indication that you are not mindful of the way your life is going. You are no less than a ROBOT. You are not cut out be a machine or to live a mechanical and monotonous life? No. In fact, You can have a vibrant and colorful life , simply by being mindful and making the right choice, being more responsible with your life , not just your daily routine or at work But living it up the King Size.

Now ask yourself, who am I and where am I ? When you are mindful of the answer you engineer your life process effortlessly and effectively.

To conclude, Believe in yourself and be Mindful at all times  . Do not let any happening take control of your moods, emotions or even you mind. Be cautious with your precious life. The same life will never back. So make this life worth living for yourself and to the people around you.
